Reuben became Managing Director in 2018 having previously been Operations Director. He has built on the existing excellent quality and service to deliver transformation of commercials, ahead of a planned expansion of the brand.

He has previously been the Regional Operations Director at Patisserie Valery and the Operations Director at Ed’s Easy Diner were was responsible for the expansion from 3 sites to 60 sites.
